Ecstatic undulation awaits you.
Treasure the impact on your tongue -

Pronounce a sound out loud, then whisper softly.
Now hear with your inner ear.
Allow the resonance to enchant you within.
The sound goes on resounding, continuing of itself.
As the hum dissolves into silence,

Reflecting back to a most beautiful sound bath led by @1111vibe & @averywhitmore at the Integratron last weekend. I was able to visualize healing golden light weaving it’s way through each vertebrae as the vibrations from the crystal sound bowls danced through my cells, my tissue, my soul.
